We also inform you that the processing of personal data supplied by you, or otherwise acquired in the context of our activity, may be carried out:

• From companies, bodies, consortia, natural persons or professionals who, on our behalf, provide us with specific processing services or who carry out related, instrumental or supportive activities, or activities necessary for the execution of the operations and services requested by you or that you will request from us in the future;
• From subjects to whom the right to access your personal data is recognized by provisions of the law or secondary or community legislation;
• From subjects to whom the transfer of your personal data is necessary or is in any case functional to the performance of our business.

We inform you that in relation to the processing of personal data you will enjoy the rights pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196. Finally, we point out that any refusal to provide us with your personal data or their eventual updates and to authorize their communication to subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories, could lead to the non-execution of the operations and services requested by you or the failure to establish of the report you submitted.
